A Dynamic Process!

Filling mould with slip

Cast forms

Slip casting is a captivating process.

Plaster moulds are filled with liquid clay or “slip”. A thin wall of clay forms on the inner surface of the mould and when sufficent time has elapsed, the surplus slip is poured off.

The result? A range of lush and dynamic forms that can be assembled in any number of ways.
